Winbdapp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Where there is evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
